Our rice uses "Neo rice" made in Neo village, Gifu prefecture.Koshihikari Neo rice from Gifu prefecture, which is characterized by its slight sweetness and stickiness, and is made in an environment rich in nature.Please enjoy it in your favorite style, such as white rice that you can enjoy with your favorite yakiniku, and Jako Bibimbap that you can enjoy with our specially made potatoes.
